Clicking on a meeting linked in the calendar below will give you information on which items SJPC has flagged as especially important for that meeting. You will also be able to follow a link to sign up to take notes on an agenda item.

You are welcome to provide a report back on items from those meetings that we did not list, on items we did not list for previous meetings, or on items you identity as important from meetings that aren’t included on this calendar.

If you are interested in reporting back on a meeting that already happened, or on any upcoming meeting that isn’t listed on the calendar, please fill out the same sign-up form & indicate which meeting you’re planning to report back on.

This calendar is typically updated every Friday, after the SJPC team has had time to go through the agendas for the upcoming week’s meetings.
